You aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.

You can't 'extend' it. If you've already requested a payment holiday, you can only apply for another one if it's in the next 12-month period. For example, if you requested one in your first 1
- 12 months, you can't request another one until the next 12 months period of 13 - 24 months etc.
