Use the chat bot and when it sais did this solve your query etc say no and they'll put you through to a real human . They asked me if I wanted to cancel  and I said no. But they did give me the option

Were on same boat ordered 13/09 from diblin srill waiting . Just speak to one of the agent today this what the say:

 

sky  agent: Complaint 
"" I wanted to let you know that we’re currently experiencing system issues which are affecting stock visibility and pre-order processing. This is causing delays in delivery updates, including your order.
We’re working closely with our wholesale provider to resolve the issue, and we’re aiming to have a fix in place over the coming days. Once your device is ready for delivery, you’ll receive an email update with the details.
In the meantime, if you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re here to help.

If you look at a couple of long threads on the Sky Q board and the Sky+ board you'll see that Sky are having various technical difficulties today.,

No update on my phone

Placed order on 17th september amd while ordering estimated delivery date was 26th september. The customer service is worst I don't they have been always tell me lie somebody said I will get phone in 48 hours someone said monday. Someone said We don't know everybody saying trust us trust us and telling a lie. Untill today its going to be more than three weeks now I have zero update on my phone and I am fed up,frustrated

You can't sky are not allowing it. I'm still trying as I got one from Argos . You need to wait for it to leave their warehouse, get to you so you can send it back to that same warehouse

if you click it the chat bit tells you that you need to phone sky to cancel

Got tracking earlier today and have just seen DPD update to 'we have your parcel' expected delivery tomorrow so fingers crossed, I ordered within 30 minutes of pre orders opening so, maybe they've had their stock early as an agent last week said 26th October, hopefully start getting them out to people in the next few days

I think the guy I spoke to just wanted to to make sure afresh sale, he asked if I'd like to proceed to cancel twice and offered me teh air or the pro which he said would arrive in the week, but yh maybe best way it to call. I think I got lucky over how he handed the call. I was also able to return the pro model that came on time on release day via the chat which normally is only over teh phone aswell.
