has anyone had any information on when the Iphone 17 pro max will be in stock? I have had one on order for two weeks and have had no updates from Sky when I view my order it just says coming soon very frustating!

Ordered 12th September and have regularly checked this page to see if people still in same boat as me. At this point I don't even believe I'm betting a phone! 🤣 iv lost count of how many excuses and "mam phone is coming" iv now heard. Had original date of 19th, then got message on sky app (that I only checked because people on here said messaged sneeked in there without email) and low and behold was a message saying by 4th October. Still nothing. Have also been told on the phone three different credits have been put on my account and a manager is calling me back. Needless to say I'm still waiting. So I REALLY wouldn't be posting on here after three days when we are sitting on here with nothing since pre orser day three WEEKS ago!! 🤦‍♀️

I've moved your post into the running thread on iPhone 17 orders.

As we’re customers we have no insight into current stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

Any orders for iPhone 17 devices are likely to be delayed further as this happens every year when a new iPhone is launched.

Luckily I didn't do the same. My girlfriend went to Brazil on the 19th and I was planning to send my 14 Pro Max to sell there as I had ordered the 17 Pro Max 256gb blue on the 13th.

The expected delivery date is still coming soon on the app.

Like many in here, I pre ordered the iPhone 17 pro max in orange on the 12th September. Since then I have only had messages through the app stating delivery by the 4th Oct. I've just had emails through from sky and DPD stating delivery for tomorrow. These things come out of the blue by the looks of it, hope anyone else waiting from then also get theirs soon.

Just spoke to customer services and they admitted they have no clue whatsoever when they will have stock (specifically the 17 Lavander 256GB model). They said it could be weeks, it's not even available direct from apple.

What an absolute joke this company is. They should not be taking orders they can't fulfil... and at the VERY LEAST should notify customers you might be waiting until god damn christmas for your order....

They did offer 25% discount on my sim for 12 months and my first months contact bill free but I'd rather have had my phone by now than that..

Has anyone received it yet? Ordered one in orange had 3 delivery days but nothing confirmed. Just tried to call for an update but got the chat bot thing saying they had no delivery date. Just wondering if it's the phone, colour or what as to why there is no information forthcoming. Maybe i should take my trade elsewhere. Has anyone got one yet?

Surely Apple have misled and let down Sky as much as many on here believe Sky has let us down. I suspect Sky are hanging on hollow promises from an understocked Apple and are hating this as much as we are.

PS: If Sky read this post then mine was a blue Pro Max ordered three weeks ago 😇 !!!
