Re: ORDER NOT BEEN RECEIVED YET
@Aflhal
I’m afraid you aren’t communicating with Sky by posting here. We are customers on a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.
If you have ordered a latest model iPhone 17 delays are always likely due to the usual supply and demand issues faced by Apple. This happens every year when a new iPhone is launched.
After credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order
When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off

The order was placed, and I got the mail, which said the delivery will happen by the next day, and DPD received the consignment too. But next day the shipment return to the origin without out any information.

Re: Apple iPhone 17 range and iPhone Air available for pre-order on Sky Mobile
If Sky have requested it be returned to them then this might have happened if you have failed the second more enhanced credit check that takes place. You can call Sky to find out if this is what has happened as they can answer this for you but as Sky is not allowed to view your financial records they can not tell you why you have failed the check. You might want to look into this yourself by signing up to a site that allows you to view your records, one credit checking site they use is Experian so you could sign up to a free trial with them, just remember to cancel.
If this is the case then any upfront charges that you have paid should be refunded within about 14 days.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

You'll need to contact Sky to see why that happened. Possibly an issue with the credit checks.

Re: No deliver
@Pradipkumar
As we’re customers here we have no insight into stock levels or delivery timescales.
