So I'm wanting to upgrade my phone to the iPhone 17 pro max. 
but it's asking for an upfront cost? Why do I have to pay this? If I'm already a sky member can this not be reduced?

I too have that message from DPD. I dont expect to actually see the phone until release day Friday, can't think for a mnute that Sky Mobile would be allowed to send them early by Apple.

I order the iPhone 17 pro max 256gb in silver on the pre order day at 13:08 and got email confirmation. I then had full confirmation around 4pm on the same day. At the moment my delivery status still says "coming soon" so no notification yet. I see some of you are getting delivery notifications but are they for the iPhone Pro? Has anyone had an update on the Pro Max at all? Would be interested if people ordered at the same time as me.

That would suggest you've only just passed the credit checks.

@aztecbs @I've pre ordered pro max blue and have had my message from sky and  DPD this morning saying it's on its way to DPD today.

Yeah, I ordered Pro Max in blue colour 256 GB around the same time, and mine still says coming soon. When I spoke to Sky customer service team, they said there are delays with the blue colour and expect some delays.

That's good news! Maybe I will get an update later today. If not I might live chat them later on to see if there is an update. I anticipate a delay but thought I would be okay as I ordered literally when pre-orders came out.

Yeah I reckon there may be delays but we will see. Fingers crossed for an update soon. At least hoping they can tell us a delivery date

@aztecbs I was the same ordered few mins after pre orders went live, hopefully you'll get one today! Good luck trying to get through to an actual person on live chat as I've tried a few times and the bot just wouldn't pass me on.
