Due to a system issue, you may see an incorrect delivery date for your new device on the My Sky app (Wednesday 17th September or Thursday 18th September).

To clarify, you will receive your new device from Friday 19th September.

You should receive communications regarding the delivery of your new device once it has been dispatched.

I did think that it was in-correct but at least we know they are processing the orders and that it should be delivered on Friday. Imagine DPD will get the phones tomorrow and then delivery on Friday.

Just got my notification from DPD that there expecting my phone which shocks me! As my IPhone 15 PM took 2 weeks to come 😳 I got the 17pro max 1TB in cosmic orange and I ordered about 2/3hrs after the pre-orders opened on Friday

I think it's random as I ordered mine 3 hrs after the official pre orders started
