It's such ridiculous service from sky, having been on the phone twice in the past 2 days having two different people state it is definitely for delivery on 26th and the message on app for 4th October was sent in error. I have never done a preorder before and usually wait 6 months after release before ordering. I thought preordering was supposed to be get the phone close to release day if not on the day. I'm not very convinced that it will be arriving as still haven't had any emails and my account just says in progress coming soon with no delivery date since order confirmation.

Hopefully they'll have fixed this glitch where it priorities people who ordered more recently over those who pre-ordered, if not I think a lot of people will be mad

I like how you guys think calling sky more than once does anything for your order. They don't control your shipment you're just get fobbed off

Spoke to someone at Sky and all they've said is the next drop for Pro Max's is the 26th and anyone who ordered via the pre order on the 12th is priority.

but more or less probably to fob us off. Just a waiting game.

what phone is everyone waiting for as it's dependent on the colours.

I ordered from sky before no issues, first time I do a pre-order absolutely joke sky they don't know  when and how they can deliver and yet keep taking more orders. Has anyone got an actual definite date for delivery or are we just waiting for sky to get their **bleep** in gear

I ordered the Blue PM 256GB on Saturday 13th September.
Haven't been calling Sky, got the message on the app last week to say will phone will be received by 4th October.

The app updated again yesterday to say my SIM had been activated, phone still showed as Coming Soon.

This morning I have received emails from Sky and DPD advising delivery should be tomorrow.
DPD Tracking has just updated to say parcel is on way to my local DPD depot now.

Stock seems to be arriving, keep the faith!

The odd thing is though folks who ordered on Saturday 13th are getting them before those who ordered on the 12th.

Lol, what a joke!! This is why people are **bleep** off, order on the 12th = no updates, no dispatch. Order on the 13th = here you go bestie, your phones on the way.

It's not a case of sky can't manage the preorder it's the same every year iPhones are the most popular phones all they can do is open the preorders so you're then essentially in a queue demand out strips supply that's not skys fault and it's nigh on impossible for Apple to fulfill orders on day one whe. It's a global release how many 10s of millions around the world do you think have tried to preorder
