I have the exact same as yourself for pro max orange 256gb and the pro orange.  Hopefully hear something tomorrow but not hopeful.  Was told it was a glitch as well. They had the cheek to send me an email offering the new iPhones today 🤣

That's what I did and heard nothing since I was told over the phone that it would be between 26th-28th sept so we shall see? Not holding my breath tbh.

I've just rang sky now as I'm getting to the point I'm not actually that excited any more. The whole point of pre order was to get on or shortly after release day and at this rate it will be 2 months later. Anyway sky said they are ment to be getting some stock of the iPhone 17 pro max blue 256gb on Friday 26th which means my partner should get this Saturday or Sunday but it can't be gauranteed as lots of orders have come in and are still coming through- so their will only be a certain amount of people that have theirs shipped this weekend. They then said the iPhone 17 pro max silver 256gb shows no stock until 3rd October meaning by 4th or 5th I should receive mine. I hold no hope as I was originally told 19th then next 48hr and then both by 26th😩more hassle than it's worth. It was meant to be exciting

This is my first and last time🙄more hassle than it's worth. Never knew pre orders was like this. My brother had the money to pay out right and got his Saturday morning after release but as me and my partner wanted it on contract we are still waiting

I did it with the 15 pro max too and I didn't receive  that for 6 weeks🤯 I'm not bothering next time I'll go through Apple direct

**bleep** ive ben lied to again i was told mine was in next 2 days ......mine is the silver PM 256gb so wont be getting mine then till next week and thats hoping as i ordered mine on the 13th .....im deffo going need therapy after this ordeal ....note to self ...go direct to apple next time 🙄

For anyone left in the dark still, I just got off the phone to curstomer services and they have no stock right now. They said next stock drop and postage is this Friday 26th and they are going out in order of who purchase. 

It's an absolute joke that sky still isn't able to manage new phone releases, it's been going on for many years now.
