account restriction

My mobile account says there are restrictions on it and a button to click to resolve but takes me to my account details and nothing outstanding?

Hi @patsyy  is your phone working ok ? Is it just your account that's showing as restricted ? If it is then call sky on 150 for help.

Thanks. Phone is fine and I didn't know anything until I tried to look at upgrade  options.

I'll give them a call  thanks.
