Oh really 😩 have you had any updates? I received a message on the 21st saying it's expected to be delivered by the 1st Nov but not had anything from DPD today so assuming it isn't coming!

I just wanted to say there is light at the end of the tunnel. I ordered the iPhone Pro Max 2TB in silver on 2/10/25 and received today 31/10/25.

I ordered 17 pm orange 256 on 6th oct, called sky on 28 oct he said it's better to cancel and order 512 you will get it in 8 9 days, said you will receive refund of your first cancelled order in 24 hours, haven't got my refund what should i do now he ordered another one and i paid my upfront and didn't heard anything today. What should i do now?

Just spoke to Sky this morning. They confirmed I should receive the phone within the next 4 days.

Ordered 17 PM Orange 256gb on 10/10/25.

Wouldnt get your hopes up rang 3 times and every time said same rang them tuesday they said be with me within 5 working days so see whar happens but this will be the third time they havevtold me be here on said date or x amount of days 17 pro in silver ordered on 12/09

Didn't get iPhone today no message from dpd and no further message from sky, ordered in September 🫩

Spoke to sky twice today once got told ". No idea when you will get it maybe 4-6 weeks". Called back later to cancel and was told it had been " sent to dpd so it's down to them when they deliver call back if not received by 5th" only been on order sine 13/9! Not holding my breath got a feeling that on the 5th I will have to go through the automated system only to get told "very sorry we don't know where it is"

What was the number you contacted sky on? 
I've been waiting since September too, it's not ideal I've contemplated cancelling and going with Tesco as a contract

So fed up of waiting, pre-ordered iPhone 17 pro max in orange 256gb within 2 hours of the preorders opening & best I've had is a vague "we'll deliver by x date, further confirmation to come" message in the Sky app. Most recent date was delivery by today 1/11 but not shocked that there's been no further contact from Sky or DPD. So tempting to just cancel & order an android phone instead from another provider.
