Activate a new sim

New sim through my sky online account, won't activate as it says I am not the account holder even though I can see the mobile account when I log into my main sky online account.

 

Have the sim and activation code and sim number, can someone in sky please activate it or show me how to as its not working as directed to using the instruction on how to.

Hi @Kcat7  this isn't sky CS here, just fellow customers. You will need to find a way to call sky for help with this or possibly try the social media links at the bottom of this page to contact them.
