Re: iPhone 17 pro max
@Sam_mc
Any orders for a latest model iPhone are always likely to be delayed due to the usual supply and demand issues faced by Apple. This happens every year when a new iPhone is launched.
After credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order
When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

17 pro max
Hi, I ordered the new 17 pro max silver on the 23/09/25 and it has been nearly 5 weeks and there has been no updates or anything. The estimated time was 3-4 weeks and it has been longer with no updates or anything, still on back order and coming soon. If I can get any updates that would be lovely.

iPhone 17 Pro Max- Delivery date
I ordered the iPhone 17 Pro Max in Deep Blue 256GB 10 days ago. At the point of ordering it stated estimated delivery 3-4 weeks. I was of course expecting this and I am okay about this.
I have since checked the phone order screen and it states estimated delivery 1-2 weeks. If this is the case, will I be waiting the revised estimated delivery or should I expect to wait the original 3-4 weeks?
Thank you,
Sky User

@Benzy - I think that maybe due to your purchasing the 17 Pro. A lot of the delays are to do with the Pro Max model. But nice one that you got it quick 😜

iPhone 17 pro max order
So I've placed an order for the iPhone 17 pro max
in store yesterday. I was told I'll get an email confirming the order within the next few hours or telling my the contract wasn't able to go through and it was declined. I got the email confirming my order, I can also view/track my order on the app or through my sky account. But earlier today I got a email and a message on the app saying, "as per your request we have cancelled your order"
and another message saying "your order has been successfully been cancelled".
I didn't request the cancellation, can someone help me if this has happened to them before or what to do ?

You'll have to contact Sky to find out what's going on. We can't tell you - but it could possibly be a credit check issue.
