I ordered on 19th September and was told ice receive my silver iPhone 17 pro max within7 days. Still not received it and no update in "my orders". I got in touch via the text chat service and this is what I was told....I'm actually a little shocked that they have said deliveries aren't in date order.

Duplicate deliveries have been reported in rare cases, often due to system errors or courier mishandling. These are being investigated by Sky and affected customers are being contacted directly.
