I ordered the i Phone 17 Pro Max in Deep Blue and 256GB 4 weeks and 5 days ago. I received an email saying it's arriving tomorrow now.

If mine doesn't arrive next week (as told by an advisor), I will be cancelling. How easy it to cancel? Do I just speak to an advisor? 

I don't want to get into this silliness with them of "it's too far in the process to cancel" that I've been reading here.

pre ordered 12th september 1:04pm, and i'm FINALLY getting the dpd email for sleep very tomorrow. Usually pre order every year and get it on launch, this is the first time i haven't.

Ordered 2 for my wife and I on 20th September, still nothing, every time I contact Sky I get no where, I only recently joined the TV service, broadband etc, seriously considering cancelling as the service is very poor.

I ordered the iPhone 17 max pro on the 27th September with an expected delivery date of 2/3 weeks and heard nothing. I have contacted sky twice and been told someone would contact me with an update but no one has. I feel like I have been treated very badly.

Hi all. I ordered the iphone 17 pro max 256gb on the the 18th of Septemeber. Got an email from sky saying they are expecting my delivery. That email was followed by a DPD order saying the same. This morning i recieved an email from DPD saying its being delivered today with a time slot. So thats just over 5 weeks. A long time to wait but finally looking like its coming. Hope this helps for those that have placed orders

Just spoke to Sky this morning — really helpful guy on the line. He confirmed my iPhone 17 Pro Max should arrive between 31st October and 6th November.

I ordered it on the 10th October, and he said if stock comes in earlier, they'll let me know.

Hi @Sherlock20201  sky will probably be waiting for stock, it's the same every year. Keep an eye on your order status for updates. No one here has any more information.

Glad you are getting your phone @Lukeyboy1088  something else to bear in mind is the colour of device, the colours that others are waiting for may be different so not guaranteed to get the same delivery timescale.
