Reading everyones posts about there being no/late delivery, does not give me much hope at all. I am leaving EE due to being way to expensive and wanted to move to sky, because they have been the cheaper option.. But seeing all these posts, im going to need to rethink my move.

Hello no I haven't failed we been offered the phone just no delivery date the sim came early as I had to call up and get that first

I would go elsewhere sky has cleary never had stock to sell and clearly don't care about there customer

I received my pro max today after email stated delivery for 11th.  I called Sky and  had a promise to deliver after a very polite convo.

Hello all,

 

I have ordered on the 27/9 no update what so ever. I got the IPhone 17 pro max 1tb when I first purchased it, it said delivery within 1-2 weeks. I feel abandoned by Sky as a customer as we get no updates what so ever, not even an email update just to say they are struggling with stock or apologising for the delay. Did not expect this to happen and neither this treatment once I felt for the big shiny advertisement.

I got an update today after ordering 26/09/25 saying it will still be another 2-3 weeks before I get my phone

Where is my iPhone 17 pro max?!!

I ordered my phone 29th September and nothing has changed other than my rain being confirmed. I can't even get through to a human to talk so I can get an update. It's been like this since I ordered the phone.

I have had no update whatsoever , only order confirmation ordered on preorder day 1:03 orange pm 256. I've phoned and everytime I get a new pack of lies I have asked to cancel but they won't let me but also can't tell me when it will be shipped she said we can't cancel as it's in fulfilment house. Ok when will it be shipped? I don't know sorry we don't have any stock at the moment. !!!! Make it make sense 😫

As we’re customers we have no insight into current stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

As with every other year orders for the latest iPhone devices are likely to be further delayed due to supply and demand issues.

As we’re customers we have no insight into current stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

As with every other year orders for the latest iPhone devices are likely to be further delayed due to supply and demand issues.

It feels like Sky have now limited their customer service because I'm struggling to get through to anybody to raise a complaint. 

I get that I'll probably be waiting 4 weeks (which takes me to 27th October) but we shouldn't just be sat here in the dark and hoping for an email from Sky. 

 

Their AI assistant is useless and doesn't help whatsoever, just directs to the forums. It used to put me through to an actual customer service advisor but it isn't any more. 

 

Does anybody have a telephone number or email address to raise a formal complaint? 

Ordered Silver 17PM 256GB on Monday 29th September (AM)
