Poor wifi
I constantly have poor signal through sky mobile. In the house, at work, outdoors. Whenever I try loading pages online it always seems to take so long to open. As mentioned, this can be anywhere I have poor signal.
For example, I have noticed when hot spotting off my mobile for the children's iPads in the car, the signal is so poor and they always end up with a little blue wheel because whilst saying I have 5g the internet still doesn't load very well. My husband who is with Vodafone never seems to have any issues compared to my mobile.
Can someone explain why I'm paying so much for such poor service? The phone itself is also really slow and unresponsive at times.
if someone can respond that would be much appreciated. At the moment I just want to hand the phone back and not ever use any mobile again as it has been so poor.
kind regards
Emma

We're other customers here - you're not contacting Sky...

Re: Poor wifi
Hi @Emma2414 you can't just hand the phone back unless you are within the 31 day cooling off period. If you have had the sim more than 12 months then you can switch to another network penalty free. Less than 12 months there would be early termination charges. To minimise those if you really wanted to leave sky is to change your monthly plan to the lowest available then get your PAC and leave.
What have sky said when you have raised this with them ? Have they suggested a replacement sim ?
