Looking to swap sons mobile for an iphone for christmas. If I buy tiday, ph9ne old phone would need to be returned by 28th December.(ie within 14 days). Is there an extensiion to the 14 day policy over Christmas?

Hi @ZackGolden  if (and it can be a big if) sky have stock of the phone you want, the website isn't always accurate especially with iPhone 17 range at the minute, then once you receive it you have 14 days to return the swap phone, I have not seen any mention of extending the return period for Christmas. I have seen others who were getting close to the 14 day window phone up and ask for an extension which was given. I don't think there is an automatic extension for Christmas.
