I ordered my iPhone 17 lilac nearly three weeks ago. I was told that it would take up to two weeks for my order. I'm wondering now what's going on. I'm really struggling with the battery life of my old XS Max so wondering how much longer I will have to wait for my new phone.
The Sky site tells you that if you have an issue with just about anything, try asking the community for help. I am guessing they do that so that they don't have to deal with you personally. You try asking the virtual help thing and it's useless. I'm understand it must be frustrating for people on the community when people, like myself, come on here asking silly questions. Sorry.
This isn't unusal has it happens every year with new iphone releases.

I ordered my 17 pro max on the 25th of September was told it would come by the 11th of October still nothing I got the orange 256gb I'm still just on back order anyone know when I could be receiving it

I had my pre order last 13/09/25 for an IPhone 17 pro max 256gb silver . Since then never heard anything no updates no news just nothing . Been here in and out looking for some updated what's going on and all same boat frustration and disappointment. I've been sending numerous complaints via email and via WhatsApp just to have an updated of whether my order still there all in same explanation . Been a month now since 13/09/25 until today just around 5pm I received a message/update in regards to my order and finally they have a date that my order will be delivered 12th November that's another 3 weeks ++ of waiting . Oh dear !

Just had my first update. Ordered 26th September or max blue 256gb
email today to say thanks for your patience in bold and. good news as it will be delivered by 29th October. That would make it a month and 3 days since ordered which I can live with. however I'm wondering how accurate this email is

@Catchpole1 As we’re customers we have no insight into current stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order
When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
As with every other year orders for the latest iPhone devices are likely to be further delayed due to supply and demand issues.
