IPhone pre-order delay

Has anyone that pre-ordered the iPhone 17 acctually received it yet? I pre-ordered the air on the 14th and still haven't received any updates. And tbh I am starting to get very aggitated

Had my 17 pro max delivered yesterday, then today get a message from sky and DPD saying my phone will be delivered yesterday. Phone sky and they said that alot of people are recieving 2 of the same iphones instead of one due to an error at the fulfilment centre not correctly scanning to link to accounts. This is why they are having trouble with stock as im guessing not everyone lets sky know and just keeps the 2nd device as not on sky's system record of ever being sent. 

So as the iphone i recieved isnt linked to my account they have said for me to return this one and keep the one being delivered tomorrow as that IMEI is the one linked to my contract. Although i have now recieved compensation for all this trouble and errors caused by sky. 

Im hoping everyone that pre-ordered recieves their devices soon

I've ordered a 17PM direct from Apple and there's a 3-4 weeks delay in delivery, it isn't just Sky who are short of stock it's also Apple the manufacturer.

You will need to call Sky to get them to cancel your order. Ordering another one will see you credit checked again.

I ordered my iPhone 17 pro max on 14th of September and i was given expected delivery date of 26th of September but it was changed to 4th of October but it still shows delivery waiting for dispatch. When an i going to receive my order

I presume you mean 'off back order' there so the answer is no. As we’re customers we have no insight into current stock levels or any delivery timescales.
