Thanks, I was told the 26th I originally ordered the 12th was told it would be delivered the 19th no update, then was told the 26th. Honestly just cannot believe how bad the communication has been, I wouldn't have been annoyed if I was kept up today. I've told them they either send it by Tuesday or cancel the order

Update from me:

ordered 12th order got cancelled in error.

reordered on the 14th. 

device supposed to arrive 19th.

then supposed to arrive on 26th.

Order arrived on Saturday finally. So I now have mine!

I still haven't had any update since ordering on 17th. Phoned up Friday as was told by 4 people it would be in my hand by 26th. They said it was supposed to be dispatched Friday morning but was missed said I would dispatch info that day for delivery on Saturday (if I paid extra for weekend delivery). Called back on Saturday as didn't receive anything. They said it was never going to arrive on the 26th and they don't have any idea of delivery date or update of what's going on as it's on back order and said I would receive it within the next 2 months. I stated the consumer rights act as the agreed delivery date has passed and they were now in breach of contract. I got transferred to the loyalty team which took the complaint and said I would get a call back before 28th October. Stated I will give them until 30th September to provide an update with dispatch information for a guaranteed date of delivery or will be cancelling and taking my business elsewhere.

I currently have my tv, broadband and 2 mobiles up for contract renewals aswell.

I have been a long standing customer but this has made me loose faith in there whole company as they seem to not be bothered about accuracy and customer service given all the lies everyone has received regarding their orders and still with no updates for a lot of people.

I ordered on the 13th and mine still shows coming soon I've been told alsorts should of been 19th for the silver then was told u will have it next few days that was last week I e had 2 exact same messages saying we expect to deliver before the 2nd it better turn up this week or I will be returning it I will never order from sky again wouldn't care when I rang he tried selling me and android tablet then an iPad I just said you have be joking

Might as well chime in as I've been lurking here since I ordered.

I got my first message from Sky on 25/09 at 6.01am saying my 17 Pro Cosmic Orange was expected to be here by the 1st Oct. The next day (26/09) I got another message at 7.03am repeating the same message of expected by the 1st Oct.

Order tracking on Sky's site though still says "In Progress - Coming Soon" though.

Don't really know if I believe the 1st Oct timeline though, at least until I get an email from DPD saying they have my phone.

I've not received anything emails or anything from DPD the only email is the order confirmation on the 17th and then a message in app saying will be here by 4th October

@Kirsty+Ann I haven't had emails from Sky or DPD only the messages that was in MySky (Didn't even know that was a thing until this thread, but I wasn't notified about the message at all) 

Did you order on the 17th then? I ordered a day after you on the 18th. (Got the standard 17 Pro, not the Max. Not sure which you ordered)

@impatientone1  Yes ordered on the 17th as my previous order was cancelled due to error in the system. I've ordered the 17 pro max

I have the order confirmation saying delivery by 26th and a message in app to say by 4th other than that it just says in progress coming soon when I click on orders

im southeast and haven't heard a thing yet too! I ordered on the 12th at around 3:30pm the pro max in cosmic orange!

I have only one message which came on 22nd of September that my order will be delivered by 26th of September, no further updates. But over the phone one agent told me it will be delivered by Monday (29th), second agent told it will be delivered by 3rd of October, the other one told by 4th. On a live chat someone texted me that rhey don't have it in stock and they don't know when it will be so there is no clear dates. I ordered on 13th early in the morning. Don't have any dpd tracking or in app updates.

Ordered on the 12th Sep 1:04pm 17 Pro Max Orange 256GB, being told that i'd have delivery on the 19th. Got a dpd tracking link on the 17th, and radio silence since then. Sky hasn't sent the phone to dpd and i've called several times being told many different things, would prefer the truth over false reassurance rather than the different delivery dates i've been told.

i ordered on 13th confirmation at 21:07 on 13th. Ive ordered the PM 256 Orange. Was told 19th, then 26th. 

Ive phoned today to cancel and they are saying the warehouse has the phone. im away on Tuesday so unlikely ill get my phone.

Id rather they just gave us a realistic answer instead of complete guesswork.

Hi. I ordered on the 21st September and still no delivery date. I called Sky and they said 3 days but 3 days have passed and still no delivery date. Are you able to advise please as the number I called, they didn't seem very confident in their response and just wanted a top review. Who else can I contact before I cancel my order
