Issues with sky

I'm trying to order some AirPods and it comes up that it's an issue with sky and to try again when I'm confirming the contract, this has happened to me before but it didn't take nearly as long as it is doing.

All you can do is to call Sky on 150 from a mobile that has a Sky sim in it to ask them to place the order for you,
