It seems everyone is experiencing the same issues. I’ve called multiple times and each time I’m given a different story. The lack of clear communication has been extremely frustrating, and for that reason I will be refusing my delivery and taking my business elsewhere. If I had been given an honest update from the start, I could have accepted the delay, but the constant false promises and inconsistent information have been unacceptable.
