but John Lewis and Tesco Mobile both have stock of the 17 PM in blue (while stock lasts) so if you are in need then I'd advise go and get them quick time! 👍🏼

I was told 4 weeks from date of order so should be delivered by the 3rd oct?

Ive been told you need to raise it as a complaint and they'll review if its eligible.

I think at this point, no one has a clue when they are getting them, just keep being told different things ive had message saying i will get mine by 2nd but i will believe that when i see it

Just said I'd message them again there and they said Monday again to me, same as yesterday. 
I asked for compensation for the delay and was told they'd get back to me. In Ireland we've nothing like rewards the uk have. I've never seen anyone get their account credited here. But we'll see. Was told as well that my order info should be updated today

Just got off the phone to Sky I have a 17 Pro max orange on order   Been told it will be 3-4 weeks for stock to arrive  and that anyone who ordered after me on the 12/9 will not get theirs before me  yeh right 😂  Tjey have no idea when they are expecting stock  so basically wait and see   Was offered £40 off my next bill but got them to confirm this by text while I was still on.  Kept saying text sent about 6 times before they finally did it   it was a very rude guy who spoke really broken English so he was getting annoyed when I kept asking him to repeat himself   I've resigned myself to just sitting it out unless I see somewhere else with the orange in stock.    Good luck to everyone as I bet if I rang again I would get a different story 🤷‍♀️

Sky just called me and said it willc be here today??

17PMax Orange 256 ordered on 12th at 1pm.

I told the guy on the phone I've had no email no tracking number or anything, and he said I guarantee you your phone will be delivered today so that's interesting that I've now got wait in the entire day for a phone that may not be arriving and if it doesn't arrive, I'm not gonna be very very happy bunny

When I mentioned about having no tracking, the guy said the app is not updating and we're having issues so it may very well turn up today and I just have to wait in all day. I must've also just ordered sky broadband and that has been the most easiest process in the world so love sky broadband not the fan of sky mobile.

Mate, I actually just got that phone call. I just called and said it's coming today but there's no tracking information but he's just promised me guaranteed me. It's coming today so yeah that's true. I'm one of them they told me.

Whether it actually turns up that's another story we both know it's not gonna

Not a chance!  DPD will show this tracking, they are more organised than sky will ever be!
