Anyone have a contact email address for Sky? All of the ones I've tried I havent had a response.
Going to give notice to them in writing that I want to cancel under UK consumer law.
Tried cancelling over phone but told I couldnt and would have to reject delivery.
Seems Sky are doing everything and anything to prevent people cancelling orders. Strange.

iPhone 17 pro max
When I rang sky last week they said I would have my new iPhone delivered today but I haven't been given any update or anything today it still says in progress ?

For those that have had theirs delivered, how long after DPD saying they've received your order details and are expecting it did the phone arrive? Sky app says expected delivery tomorrow but no update on dpd other than they're expecting it!

They surely have an escalations email for when customer service cant resolve something? Like Amazon have their [content removed] Writing via snail mail is going to take ages.

When i spoke to sky on chat yesterday I basically told them that id ordered mine on the 12th promised for the 19th and obviously never turned up and then i got told the 26th and then the 4th October.
I told them that I was fed up with all the lies I had been told over the past 4 weeks and that I had screen shots of every conversation and lie I had been told. I said that I now want my order to be expedited.
He tried to tell me it wasn't possible. So I basically told him that it was rubbish as other people had been given there phones after I ordered mine.
I then explained that I was going to send all the screen shots I had to complaints and I left the chat.
Low and behold 2 hours later I recieved an email to say my order was on its was then a following email from dpd to say it would be delivered today.
It is now safely in my hands after a massive 2 week **bleep** show 🙌

I received a message on Monday to say "Hi. We expect your iPhone 17 256GB Black to be delivered by 26th September. We'll email you a day before it's delivered. Thanks for your patience".
I called yesterday and asked where my email was with dispatch details. The lady I spoke to said I can see that you will receive that email tomorrow (on 26th) and you will have your phone on Monday. I challenged her and said I don't believe her and that there has been lots of users feeding back that the helpdesk will literally say anything to get you off the phone. Her response was "100% you will have your phone on Monday".
Called today when the message didn't arrive with my dispatch - the lady on the phone today said, I really can't tell you when your phone will be dispatched. They have the stock but are working through a backlog. The current waiting times are 1-2 weeks and she said the phone will be delivered in that timescale, but she can't precisely say. As much as I didn't like to hear that, how refreshing that somebody is willing to tell you the hard truths? She was very apologetic and raised a complaint.
Completely different to the person I spoke to yesterday who just lied through her teeth.
I'm resigned to waiting now; I have no patience to cancel the order and try to get the hard search removed from my credit file whilst trying to source it from somewhere else. This is my first mobile contract with Sky - can only describe my feelings as apathetic to the whole relationship now.

Absolutely mad that Sky has a 155+ page thread on their own website, with the vast majority of people complaining about delays and awful customer service and they haven't said a single thing - yes Sky employees do post occasionally, now might be a good time.

Just got off the phone with sky. They said the Pro Max iPhone deliveries start today, and that I will have an update in the next two working days (Tuesday), and if not I should call them again.
Ordered iPhone 17 Pro Max, 256GB, Blue
Original delivery date was today (26th)

I just received my Sky and DPD confirmation emails this morning, so I'll be keeping an open mind as to when delivery will take place.

The amount of lies that they are telling is ridiculous, I have called numerous times to be told differently each time. This is for delivery in Ireland! One minute it was to be delivered Tuesday promised and then all the other lies were we will flag this for you! Only got off the phone earlier and said will flag this for you!
When ordering online and given a time scale is false advertising I understand that there is high demand but surely they should only show if there is certain stock, so tempted to just cancel this this was pre ordered and not one update in 2 weeks!!

@AlexJ28 tesco mobile i ordered this morning the pro max 512 blue and its still in stock but likely sell out. delivery tomorrow my sky one will get sent back if it ever arrives

@SMJ123 if its being delivered today you would get text from dpd with delivery time slot dont build your hopes it sounds like he just wanted you off the phone any how good luck for today
