Yours is worded so differently!!!

Yours says "Hi. We expect your iPhone Air 256GB White to be delivered by 26th September."

whereas mine says "Hi. Your new iPhone 17 will now arrive by Friday 26th Sept."

"we expect" is basically saying they think you will get it the 26th whereas mine specifically says it WILL be with me the 26th....

I wonder why they are sending people all different things !

Well last Friday I had a message to say my order should be delivered by 4th October 

I've not phoned or contacted anyone as I had exactly the same happen last year so I decided to just wait and see. 
Well today around 5pm I received an email saying it was expected by DPD and I will get a time slot tomorrow. 
DPD app is now saying they have my parcel and it's on its way to my local depot. 
Looks like it may actually be delivered tomorrow which is inconvenient as I'm on my own in office but I shall be locking up and heading home for my delivery 😉

@cath7112 don't get your hopes up mine was expected tomorrow absolutely no sign of dispatch and told it won't be dispatched today for delivery tomorrow.

Completely lost interest in the phone now literally sucked all the excitement out of getting a new phone for me. Just a matter of principle now to get them to deliver the bloody thing.

Have ordered the new ipone 17 pro max on monday the 15th of September. Phone was released on 19th of September. Still no delivery.. any help please as i though it would have been delivered my now.  Thanks

Ordered mine th 12th, customer services don't seem to have straight answer on when it will be delivered. I get they may not have the answer but it's ridiculous the fact that sky haven't even had the decency to updates its customers!

ive just checked my local Argos has stock to collect Monday in the cosmic orange and I've just ordered that! Sick of waiting!

For anyone having issues with non contact from Sky or delivery information, ring them.

I preordered on the 12th, 1400, heard nothing and called last week, told delivered by tomorrow (after the delivery date of 19th initially). Called them today and was told by Monday, asked why a further delay and was then provided tracking details from Sky with DPD whilst on the phone.

It is infuriating, last time I ordered from Sky was the iPhone 14 Pro Max and although it was much the same as this, it wasn't as bad and you'd of hoped they had improved.

My iPhone 17 Pro Max is scheduled for delivery tomorrow.

I have phoned them 3 times each time they lied to me , I asked for tracking they said you will get an email when it goes out for delivery thank you bye . 2 people on the phone were rude and the woman on chat. The Irish man I got through to was lovely although he promised delivery tomorow but I haven't got a dpd email nor any communication with sky
