Unable to track my order

I'm in exactly the same boat. Ordered on 15/09. Spoke to Sky today and they said should be delivered Friday. They didn't give me any reason for why I have no active orders showing, just kept reassuring me the order has been accepted and delivery should be Friday ...

How are you getting in contact with sky? I have payed for a phone and received no tracking or timelines and cannot find a phone number anywhere?

Hi All. Placed my order on preorder launch day as discussed previously. In my messages it says delivery upto 4th october?? But sure thenlady I spoke with the ither day said this Friday is likely. Has anyone else had anymore infinif expected delivery date for their iphone 17 pro max?? I've ordered the orange one.

This reminds me of what happened with the 15 Pro Max. My order back then got stuck in the system too. They had to cancel it but, since my agreement was already signed, they reprocessed it without a new credit check and I got the phone two days later.

I do think that advisor is chatting waffle tho tbh

and trying to sell another contract and there no telling if your pass the credit check again or get the phone 

although they clearly don't have the correct order info to be dispatching the phones in date and time or order placement !

I did think about doing another order and keeping my love but I'm worried to make any changes . Because people have had there canceled and knowing sky they will cancel both !!! With a so called system errror 🤦‍♂️

Ordered my phone a while  ago now and still saying estimating delivery time. Has any had any updates from sky on there order?

I don't believe it either but he kept apologising the. He read out the email they were all sent that morning he said he's not typically in the phone department and gave me the info he'd been given. And said I'm in the batch for 26th so hopefully he wasn't making that up

He did say he's not typically in the mobile department so whilst telling me I'd get it sooner if I cancel and reorder he then said but I don't recommend as that will cause another credit check

I have ordered my phone (iphone 17 pro max) on 13th of September. Still no update when it will be delivered. I am going on holidays on 30th of September, i want my phone to be delivered by then is there any possibility that thy deliver it bit earlier.. i am willing to pay abit extra aswell. Otherwise i have to cancel the order (if it's possible)
