As we’re customers we have no insight into current stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

I ordered Iphone 17 pro max for me and my wife from our own accounts. Today in my sky app it's showing one new message and when i tried to open it it's saying u cannot view  this page and restricted page.

And in my wife account she also got a new message from sky when i opened it. It was opened and in message it's saying ur new phone will be delivered by 4th of October.

 

what should i do with my account?

You definitely won't be in the first wave or second or 3rd probably or even more as you ordered 3 days after preorder for a high demand phone

I ordered on the 17th September as the system went down on the 16th so that order didn't go through and I had to cancel and redo a new order. I spoke with sky yesterday that said my phone is allocated for dispatch on 26th as per originally told. I don't know if this is true or not she said I would receive delivery details and email tomorrow 25th

Received a text and mail from Sky to say I will receive my order tomorrow, also received mail from DPD " we are expecting your Sky parcel".

Anyone else in the same boat as me? I ordered an iPhone 17 PM 256 Blue about 15 minutes after pre-orders opened. I was promised a delivery date of the 19th. It comes to the 18th and I'm asking Sky why I havent recieved any delivery details. Was given a short **bleep** response of the order was cancelled due to failing the credit check. How would I have failed the credit check, I have a very good score of 950, and no downsides on my experian. The advisor told me to ring experian which was weird because Experian DONT tell sky to accept OR deny people credit, they merely give information regarding their credit status. SHOCKER!!! Thats exactly what the Experian manager told me, they told me to get back in touch with Sky because they literally can not find ANYTHING on my credit profile that would make me look bad to credit companies.

 

When I got in touch with sky AGAIN, they said my order wasnt actually cancelled and that the previous agent was basically lying to me and theyre going to do an investigation as to why they sent me to Experian, and that my order was accepted by the fullfilment centre and that it will be delivered within the next 24-48 hours. 

 

I rang up again after 2 days, to be told my order was cancelled due to failing the credit check, I immediatly asked to talk to a manager because are you serious ahha, the manager THEN told me my order was not cancelled, and it was merely the sim card that failed the credit check. So you're telling me I passed the phone credit check and not the simcard? What the hell is going on? She then said my phone would be due for delivery after the 26th, but everyone else have already recieved text messages or messages in their imbox regarding a delivery date but I havent so I wanted clarification from the manager, to be told that I should stop calling sky about the issue and she sent me a text message saying It would be due for delivery shortly after the 26th.

 

Wait a second, they're telling me to stop calling them, after THEY have left a dent in my credit score after the check, failing my order 3 times, lying to me 2 times, had me walking in circles calling unneccecary departments and third-party companies, and I STILL haven't recieved confirmation of my delivery!!!

 

On my order tracking, it says my SIM card activation was successful, but my phone is: Summary - In progress, Estimated delivery time: Coming soon. But I guess its fine cause they gave me £10 credit, would be useful If I end up getting the phone!!!

I've gotten an email today my phones been dispatched and DPD are expecting it ! About time 😩 has anyone else got the same email ??

When I rang yesterday she said the stock is low so that's why I've waited so long !! Sherch up there number call them and ask about your order ! When I did ring she said I would get it this week and she was right xx

Yes I rang up yesterday and the lovely lady who Awnsered said stock was low and that's why I've waited so long ! Shrech up there number give them a call and ask about your order. She said to me I would get it thins week and she was right dx

Nothing for me. Ordered at 2pm on the 12th, iPhone pro max 256gb in silver. Had two messages and a text to say delivered by 26th but still shows coming soon. Wouldn't normally be bothered about it but dropped my current phone in the sea and it broke so I'm getting desperate 😂

I have spoken to someone who told me this week, and then someone else said to me on the 4th. I've no messages in my inbox, text messages or emails....just constantly being fobbed off

My order

Hello,

 

I pre-ordered the iPhone 17 Pro Max Silver 256GB on 13 September. My order confirmation says my device and SIM will be delivered soon, but I haven’t received any courier updates yet. The estimated delivery date I saw was around 24 September, and I’m starting to get concerned as it has been some time now.

 

Could you please confirm:

 

  • The current status of my order
  • When stock for my model is expected
  • An estimated delivery date for my device and SIM
