I just got off the phone with them and they said they have a shortage on the phone but it will be delivered in the next week. They also said they will send out a new tracking code but it won't work till it's out for delivery.

today I received the approval 

I went on the website to buy the whole process was repeated may I get a link to the verification phone so I can proceed to buy

Unbelievable what was the point in preordering if you can order 2 days before release and get it yet I've still got no information, still not been dispatched and they've told me there looking at end of September mid October for mine I ordered : minutes after preorders went live this is really starting to irritate me. And I can't cancel and go elsewhere because they don't let you cancel and it's out of stock everywhere

Just got off the phone to sky, told the advisor I wanted to add the Apple Watch 10 to my 17 PM order, out the blue he says I will have tracking details Monday and it will be delivered on Wednesday. Gave me all the information so it will either be delivered on Wednesday or he means 2 months on wednesday

I was even calling with them and then said that everyone will get there phone in 2 weeks time

I have an update if your also still waiting I phoned again for clarification , I can't just stay in hoping for the best. He was a lovely man this time He said if you ordered first your one of the affected ones stuck in a loop yours has been allocated for delivery 26th. He said if you phone up we can check if your affected and allocate you .... then I told him about the global warming he couldn’t stop laughing he said you’ve made my day I’ve got to share that and then he just kept apologising so you may lap be in this loop thing

Everyone sobbing their hearts out over a phone.[removed]. Them poor call handlers who earn pennies having to deal with you calling 7 times a day. There is just no need. They have the same status as you when you check the app. Same thing happens every single year whether with Sky, EE O2 or Apple directly. Get a grip

@Beatris30  Currently there are a lot of timeframes being thrown around. If you havent purchased yet i assume it will be around 4 weeks . If pre order then it will depend on stock arriving. Dont think anyone can give a real answer. Sorry i didnt really help much

Originally got given 19th as the date ordered within the 1st hour of pre orders for the pro max, obviously delays so had a message on app to say buy the 26th.

spoke to sky again today cause the sim which I haven't even recieved has been activated yesterday, they have now said it shouldn't say that, it's pending and isn't active.

they then went on to say delivery by 29 or 30yh even though the delay message in my app says by the 26th

explained I go on holiday the morning of the 29th so that wasn't much help then all of a sudden it will be no later than 27th.

couldn't tell me when the handset were due in to sky but could garentee they would be with me.

just telling us what we want to hear, I really don't mind the delay as long as they are honest with time frames
