In the same boats as lots of others 

ordered my PM orange 256gb at 1:15 , wasted half my lunch break queuing 😂 showed delivery 19th September.  

not heard a damn thing since app says in progress DPD app shows nothing. 

this kinda defeats the object of pre order and it's not the fist time it's happened with sky my 15 PM in natural titanium was a disaster.  

come on sky sort it out.

Anyone know the best way to make a complaint with Sky that will actually get looked at and dealt with?

Placed an order for a 17 Pro Max earlier in the week for delivery on 26th September. Decided on Tuesday I wanted to cancel it, called up and was told I couldn't cancel it yet as "it's a pre-order, and we can't cancel it until the phone has actually been released" (i.e. today, the 19th). Called up today to cancel, only to be told that they can't cancel it at all and I have to wait for it to be delivered - and it's now been delayed until 4th October. My billing date is on the 8th of each month, which means I'll get charged for it (as well as the device I'm keeping).

Absolutely awful customer service from Sky - not just the way they've handled this launch (and every iPhone launch before it), but the outright incorrect/false statement their agents make (not just to me it seems but others on here too).

Very tempted to just stop using Sky altogether - have spent literally thousands with Sky Mobile over the years, and tens of thousands if you count Sky as a whole.

I pre ordered mine on 12th September which was launch day and was told delivery today

I just called Sky for an update and am now being told 2 weeks?!?

How is this right if I was told 19th September for delivery?

I pre-ordered iPhone 17 Pro Max, Silver 1TB on the 12th at around 1:10pm ish and still no update. Some of you guys have received emails regarding delivery with DPD but I haven't received one update since the 12th.

Has anyone with the same order/phone received theirs? I don't even have an estimated delivery date it just says coming soon.
