** Update**
just received a call from Jonathan a back office manager (dispatch).
My iphone he had confirmed that their system for order processing had a glitch and their dispatch process was different to usual with no order by order basis. It was whatever came through.
My order was due for manifested to be dispatched today for same day delivery and he cannot tell me why it never got sent.
iPhone PM stock has now run out and will not be replenished untill 4th of October.
any people that has received a notification for any eairler than this will be contacted to amend their dispatch date for after the 4th of October.
I was told to Email sky with a official complaint (I've done so) and received an email back with a heavy discount of my contract & a £100 voucher to use on Amazon (be good to get case and new charger).
I will receive a call later today with a update on my dispatch date as there is stock available from Apple and their checking to see if they can get it allocated to my directly from Apple rather than being dispatched from sky.
