They told me earlier th date for the orange pro max 256 was always 26th which is a total lie, it said 19th when I ordered at 1:30 on 12th, had it said 26th id have looked at other options

Hi,

If you've paid the phone off and using the same sim/number for new phone you will not be charged any additional it'll just be the new contract but if the phones paid off and you're getting a new sim you need to phone and stop the previous sim contract,

I pre ordered my 17 2 days ago and heard nothing since, I doubt it will be coming today but had anyone else had any other info. I can't even look at my order on sky it just says "access denied"

Well ivejust scrolled theough all the oages on here and it's the same story as last year. 
Sky manage to make a complete mess of communication and delivery dates often seem random. I know it depends on which model colour and memeory you order plus when yoj placed the order but diesnt always make sense. 
I ordered a 17PM 512gb in blue about 4pm on launch day over the phone aa website just kept crashing. 

No delivery date yet just coming soon so i guess it wont be this week, maybe next week. 
I am more relaxed this year as i knew what to expect but i agree the lack of communication andrhe false promises are very very annoying.

I just spoke with them and they said I will be waiting more than 4 weeks as I am now a back order even though I had my order confirmation 30 minutes after launch. Ridiculous

Why is there no word from sky on what's going on? I preordered the iphone 17 lavender 256GB on the 12th, within an  hour of them going live and it's still not been despatched and no communication from sky.. 

What a joke. It said delivery today when I preordered.

I have just spoken to sky and they tried telling me it may be delivered today and then turned around and said no it's not going to be, couldn't tell me when it would be delivered just I have to wait to hear from DPD they have knocked £10 off my 1st bill for the inconvenience. What a joke

Just noticed  they have removed  Sky Mobile questions  from virtual  assistant. 

Anyone got a link to sky complaints  department  if they have one .

Is anyone else is tracking like this been like this since 17th no update since not even if it's been collected from sky it says on my sky app that it has been dispatched but on dpd all it says they've order details but not the parcel it won't let me show the screenshot

Found this thread looking for answers. Sort of glad I'm not the only one. But I haven't received any messages from DPD like some others have. 
nearly took the day off work to wait in for this phone, glad I didn't now. 
so does this mean pre-ordering is completely pointless!? As I could have went to the shop today and got it sooner than I would have preordering it!!
