@Ann137 mine was the same, Wednesday I got am email to say DPD where expecting my parcel, then yesterday it changed to they had my details but hadn't received my parcel. Then around 3pm yesterday I checked my DPD app and it said they had received it and it was on its way to my local depo, today it is out for delivery. Hopefully yours will go how mine did and you will receive it soon 🤞🏻

so speaking to Sky it seems that they didn't have any 17 pro max devices delivered to fulfil orders and I have been told to expect mine to come on the 26th of September. Really terrible service at no point have I been informed of this - can anyone confirm if this is true or not - has anyone received a 17 pro max from sky today?

I had an email from dpd on the 17th that the label was created but nothing since and the app still saying expected delivery on the 17th lol and now I'm getting access denied on the app every hour or so.. I feel they are on damage control at this point

Yea this is what I was saying yesterday. It's now just a lucky dip when the phones will arrive. If I remember right they get new stock at start of week and the shop towards end. This pattern continues until they have caught up. 

when we actually will receive the phones is pretty much anyone's guess. 

The only communication you'll get is the day before it's shipped and on its way to DPD. 

I think if I can I'll use apples upgrade programme next.

That's quite the promise! I'm awaiting a 17 pro max in Prange, 512gb too - and have had nothign; still 'in progress - coming soon' and no DPD emails. So, so frustrating. I don't want to get my hopes up based on what you were told!

I have ordered PM512 on the 13th my sky app message says to be delivered by 26th.

I believe Sky doesn't have many PM.

Remember guys all calls from sky are recorded, meaning any information that you clearly know is a lie your able to go back on and complain. They have to listen to all calls apart of a complaint and a email to them is always a great idea as it is handled by a seprate team.

i ordered my 17PM within minutes of the launch. All my app says is coming soon yet people ordered the next day have received theirs today or are receiving it today. I'm beyond annoyed with sky who always promis the earth and let their customers down!

Just a quick update I've just received a email and notification from DPD saying the phone will be with them soon. This is for a 17 pro 256gb cosmic orange.

I ordered a 17 and an air and have recived the 17. No idea when the air is going to come as no updates or information received

Lucky all I've had from dpd is that they have the ordered details but not the parcel yet it's been like that since the 17th hopefully it gets collected today and delivered tomorrow
