I can wait my 14 works just fine, my issue is the lack of communication, my brother who ordered after I did like a day after, same model and storage has had tracking etc and looks like his will arrive so makes absolutely no sense how they allocate stock, some have had updates even with a delayed delivery date some like me have heard absolutely nothing and that's what's poor

Agreed @Becky144! I wouldn't mind the delay, I'm sure it's the same with every provider, it's just the lack of communication and being told contradictory information by Sky employees!

Woke up this morning with a notification form DPD my parcel will be delivered today between 11:08am and 12:08pm can't wait

Well. its arrived nice and early this morning, iPhone 17 Pro 1TB

The watch from another company, which informed me every step of the way......... now getting let down under the Royal Mail side, due delivery before 1pm, but hasnt reach my local post office. Still at the main hub. lol

As we’re customers we have no insight into any delivery timescales. The most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

 I preordered  iphone 17 pro max silver on 12 th September  , and there is no update till 19 th sep , still showing order in progress -coming soon not even dispatched yet . Anybody have any idea when could we expect the delivery.

Spoke with sky and tgey have said that they still have stock levels and to wait up till 6pm for an update from dpd or call back after so tgey can see if tge have any updates
