I hope they do delivery it really need thsi upgrade cause my phone now doesn't work as good as it did and plus my mum needs a new phone that's why I've ordered 2 iPhone 17 and iPhone 17 pro

@xBeccax @Unfortunately it has the be the named account holder who takes the phone in. So can't even have it delivered to neighbours has to be yourself who takes it in which makes it even harder

It hasn't dispatched yet. My order was still in progress but they were saying can't cancel now but you can reject by not accepting the delivery at home

I have checked on my sky account and I see some people have "awaiting order dispatch" I have checked mine and it says "order dispatched". With how things are going and what I've been told and seen. I feel like we don't really know whats going on haha!! Only time will tell.

Now its lunchtime on Thursday and no updates - I am now resigning myself that I will be waiting until next Friday.

Was hoping there would be lessons learned from last year but seems to have been even more shambolic.

DPD will pick up the orders from the SKY warehouse today, they will then go to the main DPD hub where they are scanned in, you will then get a notification that DPD has your parcel, possibly late evening, they will then be sent to your local delivery office ready to be delivered. Once they are loaded on the delivery van you will get a 1 hour time slot.

Most post codes are ok for next day deliveries, some like North Scotland, Ireland and remote areas of the UK will be a 2 day delivery.

There is absolutely no way any are getting delivered today. Check the DPD app when you get up tomorrow and you should have all the details there.

I don't work for DPD but I deal with them every day and know how they work

Hi there. 

Pre ordered the Iphone 17 on Friday about 2pm. My order says dispatched. Had a email from dpd yesterday too. So hopefully be here tomorrow.

Yeah I'm remote Scotland so had hoped for dpd notification today/tonight and would be delivery Monday 🤞🏻❤️ they don't do weekends here. Will keep everything crossed but not feeling hopeful as others status say despatched and mines is still "awaiting" 🫣
