Apple iPhone 17 range and iPhone Air available for pre-order on Sky Mobile

The communication from SKY definitely needs improvement. Ordered the 17 Pro Max Silver 256gb on Pre Order day at 1:15pm and haven't heard anything about delivery despite it saying delivery would be 19th Sept

Even tho mine says dispatched i'm still not 100% it's going to arrive tomorrow but we shall see. Will keep you posted tomorrow.

@miasmumma @Apple wouldn't accept me again this year so had to stick with sky. I had problems when pre ordering 15 pro max and don't receive it till a week later, hoping this isn't going to be the case again. If it is I'll be going with a different network in the future.

Oh maybe I'd have had same problem then 😭🍎 @Keavy-Leigh  I was the same with the 15 pro max... didn't get it till a week after release day.. 😭 was hoping wouldn't be same situation two years on but it's looking that way 🫣🤣 even more worrying is it now says if you were to order it today it's 4 weeks for delivery on sky website 🤯

 @miasmumma I had a really good experience with Sky 2 years ago when the iPhone 15 Pro came out, hence why I upgraded through Sky again this year. Don't think I'll be doing that again though 🫣

Just messaged the live chat about my delivery of my iPhone 17 Pro Max 256 GB in Blue - they are saying I can expect delivery to be rolled out from the 19th and 26th. Strange they are giving me two different dates?

Agent: thank you for your patience, I have checked your account and I see that your order us in progress, the deliveries will be rolled out from the 19/09/2025 and 26/09/2025. You will receive a Text message or a call from the delivery team on the delivery date of your parcel.

Me: Ok, thanks. Can I expect to recieve my order tomorrow?

Agent: I'm sorry I cannot confirm.

It's so bizarre about the two dates! Can only think they had a set amount of stock to be delivered from the 19th and then once they reached the full numbers for that it is then delivering more stock from 26th! They probably only get a set amount  of stock per week or so!
