@champagneslay @Ritch24 Can't be possible cause they don't do hard search I have used them twice it's soft search they do and I was able to put the order through in hardly 10 minutes and it was MacBook which was something around £2000 so you can imagine!

@champagneslayfingers crossed. this is the second time i've ordered a phone with sky and i never had this problem last time (when i ordered the 13 pro max). i really don't understand why their communication sucks all of a sudden

@jagb i ordered the 15 pro max about 2 months ago now - obviously a lot later and haven't had any problems however - issues with sim cards and we could never get hold of anyone 

it seems like a lot of their customer services have been relocated abroad? it's such a shame to have had this experience...

The thing is sky says they dont have any stock and waiting from apple to get things 

The thing they should have done is stop taking order once they known this thing gonna happen

@VBNairYes, and it's been evident that people who didn't preorder have already had their 16Pm In DT. I preordered on 13th at 1:30 and haven't had anything except trouble. Still no phone

@champagneslay this was my first tym with sky and i think the last tym too, why they are still taking orders even if they can't even fulfil the old orders.
