They were like oh you pre ordered but as it got stocked out i am on some back out or something like that

@VBNair @Yeh I have had no dates at any point either. Just an email telling me I'd get updates from courier but with no idea when. Always just "coming soon" on my sky app.

"definitely going to hear something by the beginning of october" and it's a four week wait since the day i ordered. let's see if they stick to their word

Morning  all, Another frustrated customer to add to the list. Pre ordered a 16 Pro max 1tb in NT on the 13th. Received a text on the 19th stating that it'd be delivered by the 27th... surprise, surprise - nothing. 

Sky app constantly says coming soon.

Contacted them via phone last week and got some **bleep** about not to worry, we'll email you the day before it ships...no answer at all ha ha.

as far as i'm concerned i can look naggy but i think im being mugged off and so are a lot of you guys - we've had radio silence for 3 weeks

I'd understand they'd email a day before but when it's been 3 weeks and loads of people have received their phones after the ones who preordered then there's gunna be an issue.
