I'm in a similar boat, though just under 4 weeks. I'm giving them til the end of the week, then I'm cancelling. Fonehouse promise delivery in 3 days

Does Sky normally take this long to produce the goods? 

We ordered two iPhones. One 16 Pro and the other Pro Max. The Pro arrived within a week and the Max is well, still being built in China by the looks of things.

Ordered a swap back on the 4th October, still waiting for delivery. Spoken to Sky and still unable to give a date for delivery. Can't understand that other network operators and get a same handset delivered within 2 weeks and the waiting time form Apple is 7-10 days.

The same, it's unbelievable other network operators have a waiting time of 7-10 days.
