but I showing estimated delivery 1 to 2 weeks could you please help me to delivery before 28 th 

I can pay for fast delivery or express delivery or extra for service

Only one who was honest was the guy I spoke to last night saying it'll be another week or so. 
last time I order with sky. Last time I do anything with sky. 
got rid of the tv cause of the extortion, now they can't even give us our phones on time.

@Emz0794 Last night I spoke with a guy as well. Was on the call for almost 45 mins. He went all the way for me to get my phone processed faster. I think it is because of him my order got processed. Hopefully you can connect to him on the next call

I've just been on the 3 website and for all PM models it's saying mid November before they're back in stock.

EE are a good £20 a month more expensive and i checked Capone warehouse who are wanting £550 upfront!!

although it's frustrating waiting i think im just going to have to. My 13 PM is still in good nick so not in too much of a hurry for it lol

Just got off the phone with sky and they said my 16 PM BT 256gb will be guaranteed delivered by next Monday or earlier, I asked the lady on the phone about 3 times to be positive that she is not lying or anything, I ordered on the 9th of October so I reckon the wait from then will be 3 weeks till I actually get it, she sounded pretty certain and the funny thing is she put me on the imaginary "priority list" as well like I hadn't been already "added" the past 2 times I've called 😂 anyways I hope this is true as the past calls I hadn't got any date confirmation just a rough estimate of "3-4 weeks", also she said most colours other than NT and BT are gonna be out of stock till start of November, feel bad... 😢

@eryk_ I ordered NT on 26/09 and have been told they've had a delivery in twice a week for the last 2 weeks now but has different variations about stock levels for other colours. At this point I think they have no idea for any and just say whatever gets us all off the phone😂 This time for me I'm guaranteed for the 4th or 5th time by Monday but I'm not to call them back until the 1st if it doesn't turn up so make that make sense😐

Makes no sense 😂😂 A company should be professional and not make lies to stop serving customers, at this point I don't know what to believe, I do reckon they actually don't have the phone in stock it's just they must get them in such small batches that god knows where they go!!

Finally got  an email from DPD 30 mins ago saying they are expecting my sky parcel. However, I'm not sure when delivery will be. I order a 16 pm white 512 gb.

@eryk_ Exactly! Honestly if they could own it and say look we know your estimated delivery will be long passed but we have no idea when we'll get stock in then I would respect that and go off somewhere who can fulfil it within the timeframe I need but no they just keep saying it's guaranteed delivery by one date, then another and palm you off

If you've had an email DPD are expecting it, I would assume it'll be delivered tomorrow.

Hi all I'm new to this thread but I can see that I'm not the only one who Sky has done over. I've just rung them again after waiting for almost 3 weeks and the lady from sky said that I will "most probably" get it by the end of this week. I'm not believing them though because last week another employee said it will come in 2 days but never arrived. They are all lying to their own customers. Crazy.

Ordered on the 28th 16 PM DT 1TB just got a text now from Sku saying

Hi. We expect your iPhone 16 Pro to be delivered by 08 November 2024. We'll email you a day before it's delivered. Thanks or your patience.
