If I don't receive any updates by the 2-3 week mark I'm cancelling, I was already debating it considering some carriers still offer free roaming. My current 13 PM is broken and doesn't charge when it gets wet (back is shattered) so it being the beginning of rainy season I'm not exactly wanting to wait longer than I really need to, it is just a shame really🙃 @AveryMaddox

I too am tempted to cancel but then I'll just end up at the back of a queue somewhere else so 🤷🏻‍♂️ makes no difference. Patience is key. I don't have any 😅

@AveryMaddox just got off the phone with sky and her exact words were "it's saying 2-3 weeks on my side, but I am going to make sure you have the phone within a week" I don't know how she's capable of that 😭 I feel like they're just saying things now. I wish they'd be truthful so we're aware and prepared rather than lying so we give them good feedback on their surveys.

You will be waiting up to 3/4 weeks with sky. Regardless. I waited 3 weeks and it's tough but there's nothing you can do but wait.

@conalbarbarian The thing that gets me is I could literally stroll into an Apple Store and buy the exact phone I'm waiting for and leave with it same day. Even o2 have up to a week wait on a phone I'll be waiting 3-4 weeks for. It's mad. I'm not even bothered about the wait really, just not enjoying the vagueness of when we will receive our phones and  the fact my current phone is broken 😅

which is completely fine and almost expected with a new iPhone release, I think what's upsetting people is the inconvenience of the extremely vague estimations we're getting, "2-4 

weeks" is terrible for someone who lives alone and works full time

@Ttifas I agree... The one thing that's kept me from cancelling is the zero upfront and the good price. If it wasn't for that I'd be long gone 😅

@conalbarbarian Yeah true, I've swapped from o2 because I was previously with Virgin before their merge, and staying with o2 is far too expensive. The only reason I'm hanging on and fighting my awful impatience is because of how good the price is. Can't say I won't miss my o2 priority though 😂

I ordered under the impression it would definitely be here before I go away on the 30th, told them this was essential because I won't be able to complete my swap in 14 days if it comes between 31-17. They assured me no bother it will be with you long before this and now it's still the whole "shows 4 weeks" then you speak to someone else and it's "stock arrives 21st"..

I ordered my IPHONE 16 256GB PM DT 23/09 

not had any update or text or email. 

when I log into my sky account it shows on there as 'on back order' and when I look at orders it says no active orders is this normal??!

the lack of communication from sky is terrible. 

if it's not here in the next week I'm putting a complaint in and cancelling.

I ordered mine on the 18th sept and it's just changed on the app from pre ordered to order waiting dispatch. Anyone else's had this? And how long till phone arrived?

From what I gather, yes it's normal until they have stock for your order than it'll be an active order.

Only way I see mine is via the website and it just says order delayed. Ordered on the 21st Pro Max NT 512gb. 

I suspect I'll have another week or two before I see any progress.
