Well ordered mine on the 24th iphone pro max dersert titanium so 3 weeks today. Talking so long never had to wait been with them 10years. Did say 4 weeks when ordered so fingers crossed here this week if no be callin them next week

I ordered the 16 plus 128gb in pink on 29th September, I was told a week delivery then, had a text saying it will be delivered before 18th but not hopeful. Anyone else had a message saying delivery before the 18th?

Where did you get this message? I ordered the same phone last Monday but I'm starting to disbelieve everything said on the website if you ordered a week before me and aren't getting yours for weeks. My email said 2-3 weeks, on the website it says 1-2. I'm not bothered about the wait as it's nothing compared to people waiting for the pro max, but I would like to kind of be prepared you know? An estimated delivery date instead of a vague "1-3 weeks" is much more helpful. We have lives😂 @AveryMaddox

@Ttifas This is exactly what I've been on Sky for! I need a weeks notice if I'm to be off work to sign for it 😞

I don't care about the wait, I was prepared for the wait but the lack of updates is just so frustrating. They just tell me that when I recieve my DPD email I can reschedule, but that just means waiting for longer. It's a joke.

A family member can accept the parcel on your behalf at your address provided they have the same surname as you and the I.D. DPD may ask to see.

I ordered iPhone 16 pro on 28th September and just checked on my account under orders and it's saying estimated delivery tomorrow but had no texts or emails from sky or DPD will this  come later today the text or email from sky or DPD? Thanks

There's no logic in the order, some people who've ordered after others have received their phones. It's just luck of the draw it seems. Good luck everyone! I'm just gonna sit tight

I was told 1-2 weeks on my email, that was 2 weeks and 3 days ago. I'm already miffed. But there's not a lot I can do.

I got it via text on 3rd October, I have rang them this morning and they said that if that's what the text says then I should have it by the 18th but honestly I'm really not hopeful at all as she told me on the phone they're still showing as on back order!🤦🏼‍♀️😂 @Ttifas
