Apple iPhone 16 range now available for pre-order on Sky Mobile

I'm posting this on the 20th September.  I have still not been able to do my upgrade.  I've tried three different browsers (rebooting my laptop each time) in two different network locations and with my VPN both on and off.

I assume there is an option where I sit on the phone for an hour being told how important my call is so I suppose I'll have to try that next.

Got my confirmation last week friday, then yesterday got an email from dpd the tracking says they've received my order details and are expecting my sky parcel. Sky tracking says order has been dispatched and expected delivery is today but since I've had no timeslot or update from dpd I assume it wont be today. Usually the tracking would update to suggest the parcel is on the way to my local depot etc. Just wondering if anyone here has any insight into possible delays or issues with tracking.

I gave up, and have gone to apple directly for my 16 pro. Didn't pre order just ordered on the app this morning and they have stock. What I'm annoyed about is that up until 1am this morning Sky still had 'delivery from 20th' or 'delivery on 27th' on each of the phone colours but this morning they've all updated to 3-4 weeks. So they KNEW they had no stock but decided to mislead.

I just ordered the pro dessert titanium 128gb and they told me will be next day delivery as they have stock

There's no pro max but up to 2 weeks to wait isn't too bad but I know people want it now

@Reynolds24 People wouldn't have minded if sky hadn't got everyone's hopes up by saying "to be delivered on 20th" 

If you look through the discussion someone spoke to management who said they had bitten off more than they can chew.

I was on the phone to them all day yesterday to try and sort mine out and told all different things, the call team you get put through keeps telling me everything is fine and then when I get put through to the back office team they say it's all gone wrong it lets you order but if they don't have stock there's problems

The iPhone 16 pro desert titanium. I mean it was a full week before the expected delivery youd think they have enough to fulfill the orders or at least make contact to those who did order and they are unable to delivery on time. But instead I've had dpd telling me they're expecting my parcel since early yesterday without anything changing. You think it's worth getting on the phone to sky? I mean if they wont he able to do anything I'd rather avoid the pointless back and forth that ends with nothing being done.
