Ah that sucks - I think mine was about 13:20 by the time I got through the queue and had my confirmation email. Probably checked out a few minutes before that though.

@rachelxo if we don't hear anything today, it'll definitely be next week at the latest depending if you ordered on the pre order day. I'm waiting for a pro max in desert titanium.

I think they were all out of stock on the Friday after about 30 minutes so I think it'll be October for you unfortunately. Unless Apple allocate some stock before then - nobody will know not even Sky when it'll be.

@catterbury  you would think they would have said that for pre ordered after the Friday but there was nothing to say it was sold out what an absolute shambles of a pre order week

Same issues. Was on the phone for over an hour yesterday and no one could tell me exactly when my 16 Pro Max would arrive. Terrible service. Staff didn't seem to have any answers. One guy said they could do an 'emergency delivery' to me then proceeded to put me through to another of his colleagues who had no idea what I was talking about 

Order originally said 20th September for delivery as did their website at the time of ordering so this is very misleading. Staff I spoke to then said 20th October! Now just received a very odd text message saying delivery by 4th October. No admission of any delays. No update by email saying phones are delayed.  No idea what to believe at this stage.

I think they changed it to 'from the 20th' rather than 'on' indicating it could be any time after the 20th as they don't know when stock will come in. 

They could have worded it better tbh!

I just went on to Sky as if I was doing a new order and it has delivery est 2-3 weeks for the black one and then if anyone orders the pro max it says more than 4 weeks.

No it really is a delay. I ordered direct form Apple as soon as preorders opened as I had it preloaded and it said 20th sept, now it's saying 25-30th sept for my pro max, they have definitely delayed it, nobody is getting a pro max in the uk today.

Ok I will rephrase, nobody is getting a dessert titanium pro max today. Not even Apple can provide those as my order was direct with them at 1:03pm and it's been moved back a week. My watch is being delivered today.

I ordered mine on the 15th, a black 16 plus, i was told by sky yesterday that delivery would be by 21st October but received a text this morning stating delivery by 27th of September. Fingers crossed I'll be getting it next week but not keeping my hopes up!
