@champagneslay it won't be. They are promising delivery times they can't keep. If anyone has been waiting more than 6 weeks, I'd advise to go financial ombudsman. That's what I have been advised and I only been waiting 5

@Helena95if you end up waiting 6-8 weeks go to financial ombudsman. That's what I have been advised, especially if you've been lied to by customer services. 
it seems everyone ordering after me is receiving their phones. I ordered the 1st October, was promised it by 1st November. And now nothing

@Jeff93 it's shown that on mine for 5 weeks and some others even longer so I wouldn't hold your breath for less than a month

Well it's five weeks on Tuesday for me, I ordered on the 2nd October. I just called sky again and asked about when expected white titanium 256gb 16 pro max orders are going to be fulfilled and apparently they have none in stock at the moment but are expecting to have some beginning of next week...he said as soon as they receive them they will be going out the next day to customers. So we shall see...it's getting boring now waiting all this time 😑

@Jo1967 they have said this for every Monday for 3 weeks. They are just lying to everyone. I was assured 3 times this week I'd of received mine latest today. I have had no update at all. So until you hear from DPD don't get your hopes up

Is anyone still waiting on an iphone16 pro? If not, what was your wait time? I don't want to send my current device back and be left without a phone but likewise don't want to have to pay for 2 TIA

@Jeff93 if you are already with sky call 150. I wouldn't recommend contacting them any other way because no one will help

Well i have been lurking on this forum for around 1 and a half weeks/2 Weeks now expecting my phone to come in 6 weeks time... And seeing everyones issues with the wait time is abismel. I ordered on the 18th October IPhone 16 Pro Max NT and was told my wait would be 3-4 weeks at the time.. But got a message from DPD saying its arriving tomorrow, i feel sorry for the people who have waited an ignorant 5 weeks, this is unfair and unjust. I hope you all get your phones soon. My lurking on this sky forum has come to and end.

I think you and everyone else waiting so long without any communication should definitely be taking it further at this point, and the fact that they're continuing to take new orders is totally wrong.

I'm thinking I may be better off cancelling my pre order and going to another network. The plan was to switch to Sky from o2. At least Three give an estimated in stock date of the 27th of November which is more than anyone here is getting from Sky. Even if they can't honour it I feel like they'll actually say

Does anyone have any experience cancelling with Sky mobile over the phone? I'm quite nervous on the phone so any info on what to expect would be helpful

@Drax1994 Fair play, and congratulations! Hope you enjoy it! I ordered a white titanium on the 28th of September and I was told via text to expect it by the 8th of November, it takes the biscuit but for the cost per month and no upfront I'll wait

I ordered white titanium on 13th. Still heard nothing but not expecting to anytime soon so it seems people are waiting so much longer
