I'm waiting on the PM WT 256 GB since the 4th of October. Called them today and the manager from Scotland told me that if I don't get it by Monday then I can call them again and escalate the matter. She also said that it could come tomorrow so keep your eyes out for an email. Still not received an email though.

I noticed that the PM 512GB NT have been in stock for most of the day, but all other colours and sizes are on back order still.  Interesting that this one however is available.

I know people have ordered long before I did, but some people that ordered after me have been getting theirs so it seems. I don't have any emails or updates still just says the same it's always said 🤷🏼‍♀️ I haven't been on to badger on at them and I've just sat back and waited but it is getting a bit annoying now 🤣 I don't get anywhere with them on the phones it's genuinely not worth the hassle and stress 😒

I ordered on the 28th 16 PM DT 1TB got a text on 22nd October saying will be delivered by before the 8th November. I have had no updated

my partner orderd 16 PM BT 256gb on the 16th with sky had no text message to say when it will arrive and then it came in 10 days. We both from the West Midlands and we live together.

@markieboilast person I spoke to said they don't deliver over the weekend. Whether that's true or not I don't know because my watch came on a Sunday. But I had to change the date because I was out, but it was still meant to come on the Saturday 🤷🏼‍♀️

@JawadKhan I actually mentioned this scenario a couple times on the phone. They tried to blag about something about VIP and that. But I said it made no sense.

have you made a complaint? 
I ordered same as your wife on 1st October and they told me 3 weeks when I ordered.
