Great news friends, I am not a customer of Sky, I have just been following this thread because I have a similar situation to all of you.

I found out today that my iPhone 16 Pro Max Black Titanium 256 GB is estimated to arrive tomorrow October 23rd at my house in Michigan. I ordered on September 20th release day over the phone.

It seems all of these phone companies have been waiting on Apple or Fedex or something, but looks like another batch of shipments is finally happening so good luck to all of those who ordered on a similar time frame than my own.

Did anyone receive a text who ordered a 512 or a 256? Or was it just only the the 1TB who did. 

I ordered 512gb PM in DT on 23/09, over 4 weeks now. I've called, chatted and as of yesterday sent a formal complaint and still has ZERO updates or information.

Ahh nice Jawad!! Yeah mine said the same which was a bit weird. I'm just praying they're sending the right one though 😭 I'm assuming it's because it's a pro model, they just used pro rather than pro max. I swearrr if I've waited all this time and they send the wrong thing, I might go insane.

@Sim01  it's so frustrating. I ordered 16 PM NT on 25/09 and I feel like I'm going to implode. I put a formal complaint in and have had nothing back

It's just getting ridiculous now. See if they sent something out with right we promise it'll be on or before this date then I would be like ok, but there has been not one date given to me. Except 4 weeks from date of ordering which was 21st. I've been through all my emails, and I don't even have an estimate. I'm spending far too much time on this and calling them up etc it's just so frustrating! I get more info from the guys on this thread than sky can give me themselves. I'm not without a phone, but it is still driving me mad waiting.

The first and last email I got was the order confirmation. Then when you read all the out of stock help pages it tells you about the estimate given when you order. Nothing adds up and that's what makes it so frustrating. If it was delayed and communicated I wouldn't even be on this thread because you would be in the loop

You're totally right, see if they just emailed even once weekly 'we're experiencing a delay' it's not hard. I have been with Sky for years, I have literally the whole families sims and phones on this and they're good value for money but honestly, my wives phone is on EE and she's never had any issues although her sim is Sky is on my account. Really considering switching after this, they've been about too long to be having this much of a carry on.
