I have also just noticed the delivery estimate times have come down on the website when ordering various colour of the pro max.

except the white, which is still more than 4 weeks.

Inasked to swap from the white to any other colour of 16 PM. Still saying 4 weeks when you ring. Don't trust the website. Delivery is complete BA

Not single update and is been almost 4 weeks since purchased... that's ridicolous

Well... I complained officially, and after 5 days this was their response.... 

I am sorry to hear that your iPhone delivery has been delayed which we understand will be disappointing, however this is something we can certainly explain for you.

When your order is placed you will receive a confirmation e-mail for your expected delivery date however this may change due subject to availability of that particular device caused by high demand and stock availability. We are currently working hard with the manufacturer to have these orders fulfilled as soon as possible.

Once your order is ready to be dispatched DPD will send you the tracking details and delivery timescales for your order to be delivered to you. 

I hope the above clarifies the next steps however if you have any other queries do to let us know and we will do our best to address them. Otherwise please do reply to this e-mail at your earliest convenience to let us know how you would like to proceed with your complaint.

Literally the phone I ordered is in stock most everywhere and they still telling me they don't have a date of restock.. when in my nearest 4/5 Apple Store they have it in stock. Waiting a month almost..

Morning all! Had my DPD email from Giffgaff and it's being delivered between 1pm-2pm today. So waited 4 weeks for Sky, less than 24 hours for Giffgaff and they gave me updates. So disappointed with Sky's customer service but at least I'm free. Happy phone day to others that did the same yesterday!

Good luck to the rest of you that decided to stick with Sky. Hopefully with a few of us cancelling, your orders will be sped up! Just wishful thinking for you all!
