This seems to happen with every iPhone launch and sky, I don't think Apple realise the demand with sky. I am going to write a formal complaint today. I have the original screenshot of the phone which said 3-4 weeks, now it is showing more than 4 weeks. I wouldn't have ordered if I truly believed I would actually wait this long 🤣

@bigwaitinggame todays live chat service was worse than normal.. had a chat with them and told orders from now are 2/3 weeks delivery and that's "all the information they can see". Doesn't help for those of us on week 4 and above then!

@bigwaitinggame I asked to submit a complaint after going from pillar to post and never having contact with them from my order email and they have replied to say I'll receive it within a week and the "team" have been contacted to make sure I receive it ASAP. Feeling a lie there but will keep the thread updated!

@PumpkinPie24 Dont trust them people!!! I have been lied to with the same excuse and it is all just fluke! They are just playing with the patience of their customers. Should have gone and got the phone with EE rather than waiting without a date of delivery for month.

And they compensate how? £20 off the bill🤣😂

I have spoken to multiple people this morning. I was guaranteed by a lady called Cheryl I will have a delivery slot by 5pm today. 
I ordered 16 pro max black, 256 gb on the 1st October
