I pre-ordered an iPhone 16 Pro Max a month and a half ago, but I still haven't received it, while my other friends pre-ordered from Vodafone and received it after three weeks.

I was told 3-4 weeks, then told the absolute latest I would wait was the 21st. Low and behold it's the 21st and I'm still 'currently on back order' 😫 my wife ordered with EE last week and got it in less than 48 hours. The lack of communication has been the worst. I haven't had one email since I ordered on 24/09 except order confirmation that day. Sky should be ashamed.

@Sim01 Same story for me, not a single email/text/app update since my order email and have had to chase them for literally any info which has been a different story every single time. None of them correct of course because still don't have even an estimated delivery window on the tracking never mind delivery date. Worst customer service of all the UK providers this time round
