The wait time for the 16 pro max with sky is becoming more than a joke.. how is this ok and whenever you call up they cannot give time scales at all and the app just states coming soon getting boring now

In case you aren’t aware we are mainly fellow customers on here trying to help other customers and you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on the forum.

The most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot. We have no insight into the timescales.

Literally just spoke with a agent, she said iPhone 16 black titanium pro max should be back in stock by the end of the week. So people should be getting deliveries by Monday next week? 
has anyone heard different?

Order iPhone 16 pro Max on 22nd of September and on 4th of October the phone was about to delivered as per agent's advice, however it's 9th of October and there is not any update about the phone.

Ordered my pro 256gb Natural Titanium on 5th October 2024. Currently says "Coming Soon". Any ideas by when can I recieve the phone? Also the salesman said it will be with me in a week but I am losing hope for that now.

@Rg2424 I think the wait time is 4 weeks plus I ordered on 17th September and have only today had a change in my order status and says delivery expected tomorrow but not had any emails from sky or dpd
